Power On & Timer Button:

Long press for 2 seconds to turn on the power. Press and hold the power on button for 15 minutes, then press and hold it again for 30 minutes. Press and hold to turn off the power; and when selecting which timer duration, which timer icon will be displayed;

Vibration Mode:

The leftmost key is defined as the mode key, press the “M” key on the key, press to switch between 4 modes; in the case of power on, press the motor vibration key, the first 30%. Second 50%. Third 75%, fourth 100%. Cycle.

Hot compress gear :
